yea he just wants to get rid of it because hes tired of it its been up for like 2 or 3 years i cant remember as i cam in a year after they got started but i am a retired admin there i retired because of the sale i would buy it if i had the dough i just dont lol but my services with the forum are there for free if the buyer wants them i know everything there is to know about the site also its homepage is custom made which is a plus and can be updated by uploaders through a submittment gateway its a pretty tight setup

thanks and yea money doesnt really matter to him because the ipb license was bought by a friend and and he always had his own offshore hosting company and the revenue was in the profit zone so it didnt affect his budget ya dig so its all profit and he just wants to get it off quick cause hes tired of running it and a 12k member forum cant just be left unattended ya kno theres always something to do

i believe it will eventually just gotta find the right buyer cause i mean it has a lot of active members averages at minimum 20 new registers a day usually if i had the dough i wud snatch it up from under him quick but the money aint right lol
